With full creative control, including naming, we built a brand framework designed to flex. From KNOWN for detail to KNOWN for great opens and KNOWN for results, the system creates space for ongoing evolution, without losing its core.

 

The visual identity is bold and immediate. Monochromatic, with a restrained accent of purple, it holds presence without excess. A custom monogram, drawn from the letterforms of K, W, N, captures a sense of rhythm and forward motion, designed to move and to be remembered. This is real estate through a different lens. Backed by strong production and marketing that cuts through.
