Born out of a simple, yet radical idea: that real estate shouldn’t be about doing deals; it should be exclusively focussed on the customer. We worked closely to develop a brand which had a totally different feel to the traditional agency’s. Inspiration came to us from fashion and architecture to bring together a sophisticated and personable brand to stand out and cut through in one of Australia’s most competitive markets. We consulted and worked along side the interior design process during the office build to ensure the brand works as one. A clever play on words sees the initials from his first and last name AZ come through as a concept from A-Z. They’ve already achieved outstanding results and they are just getting started.
