When Marty wrote down the word WHITEFOX in 2006, it was just that — a word. Fast forward 10 years, and with a wealth of experience and knowledge under his belt, the business was ready to come to fruition — it just needed a visual identity. The brief was simple: create a real estate brand that looked nothing like a real estate brand. With a (real estate) license to take what was industry normal — read: stale, and reinvent and create. And there was no shortage of examples.
We started from scratch and since then WHITEFOX Real Estate has gone on to transact over $800 million in luxury Melbourne real estate and fast become one of the premier real estate brands in Australia — not only because of their bold and polished visual identity but the way they are constantly innovating within their industry.
